Have you ever wished that you could e-mail heaven? In barthpenn@heaven.org, 10-year-old Jordan Mink does. And all because of Bartholomew Pennington, a 2nd order angel on Cloud 9, accidentally sending an e-mail to the wrong address. When Jordan e-mails him back, Bart knows he has made a terrible mistake.
Now a breach in heaven’s security has been made, and Bart just keeps digging himself into deeper and deeper trouble. He sends Jordan an attachment that will erase the e-mail address from the boy’s computer and mind. But Jordan catches on to Bart’s trick, and threatens to forward the e-mail address to every human he possibly can! With a little help from St. Andrew though, Bart is able to resolve the issue.
Bart and Jordan become pen pals. But when correspondents become best friends, things get pretty crazy. Will Bart end up losing his position, and his wings? Be sure to grab a copy of barthpenn@heaven.org today!
Kevin Scott Collier has created one hilarious story about the power of friendship. I loved how the book was written as a bunch of e-mails. This story is very funny, with an eternal lesson tucked inside. I would recommend this to anyone from six year old, up! Great job Mr. Collier! |
