    Ellie Schroder
About Eloise Schroder, Webmaster of The Christian Fiction Site:
Ellie has loved Christian fiction for many years, after being introduced to it back in 1990. She developed "The Christian Fiction Site" back in 1998 under the former title "Ellie's World of Christian Fiction" after seeing the need for an online resource site for readers to become more familiar with Christian fiction titles on the market. Since then, she has maintained the site in her own spare time, as well as juggling a full-time job with GPH Wholesale, a distributor of Christian literature, and being part of the worship team in her local church. Ellie lives in Palmerston North, New Zealand, with Dion, her husband of more than 10 years.

    . . . Seasons Series . . .

By Terri Blackstock & Beverly LaHaye

#1: Seasons Under Heaven (1999) Zondervan
What does a child's life-threatening illness cost a quiet, suburban cul-de-sac? What joys can be hidden in life's greatest tragedies? Behind brightly lit windows and on front porches, marriages are tested and mended, hearts broken, hopes resurrected, dreams released and reformed, values and futures shaped, and Christian faith rekindled... or found for the first time. And there, bonds of friendship are formed as lives connect in ways only God can arrange.
#2: Showers In Season (2001) Zondervan
In the quiet cul-de-sac of Cedar Circle, where neighbors are close friends, fierce winds of circumstance threaten to sweep one couple away. Their Down's Syndrome pregnancy is shattering news for Tory and Barry Sullivan, but the option Barry proposes is abhorrent to Tory. It will take a wisdom and strength greater than their own to carry them through. That, and the encouragement only a loving, close-knit community can provide. Over kitchen counters and across the miles, the women of Cedar Circle lend their support to Tory and to each other as all of them face their personal struggles, heartaches, and joy.
#3: Times And Seasons (2002) Zondervan
One question continually haunts Cathy Flaherty: Can all things work together for good when everything seems so bad? Devastated when her son is jailed, Cathy cancels her wedding to Steve Bennett. Steve's determined to change her mind, and tries to right the wrongs in young Mark's life. With the support of her Cedar Circle neighbors, Cathy wonders if marriage could work after all. . . .
#4: Season Of Blessing (2003) Zondervan
Return to Cedar Circle one last time! When a biopsy confirms that Sylvia has cancer, Harry leaves the Nicaraguan mission to join her. Meanwhile, Steve and Cathy seek wisdom for their blended family, and Tory and Barry struggle to raise their special-needs child. But all these neighbors discover one thing---God works in powerful ways!
