Q: How do I navigate around KidMagine?
A: KidMagine's navigation is very simple. From the home page, select a section to go to. From there, you can view sub-categories [Such as " Poetry" in the Library section]. To go back to the previous index, just click the banner. You can return to the home page at any time by clicking the KidMagine Logo.
Q: Why does the text overlap the pictures?
A: Make sure your text size is set to " normal" [in Internet Explorer, you can change that by clicking " View" and " Text Size" , then selecting " Medium" or " Normal" . If that is too small for you, try using the zoom feature on your browser instead.
Q: When I click on a link, nothing happens.
A: You'll need to allow pop-ups for some of the links on KidMagine. But if you're looking for pop-up ads, you'll have to look elsewhere - we don't have any. :D
Q: My browser is warning me about " ActiveX controls" when I try to view KidMagine.
Q: The website isn't doing what it says it will when I click on/roll over buttons.
A: The answer to both of those questions is that you need to enable ActiveX controls to view KidMagine properly. On Windows, to allow ActiveX, go to " Internet Options" and click on the " Security" tab. Click " Custom Level..." and look for the ActiveX options on the list given. We also recommend using Internet Exporer 6 or higher.
